It's a privilege to be a visitor on the beautiful Coast and Straits Salish territories and to raise my family here. My ancestors came from Scotland, England, China and Eastern Europe to name a few.

I completed my BA at the University of Victoria and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of BC. I am also trained in other areas, including coaching and restorative justice – learning that informs my approach to life. For two decades I've taught cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution. I have experience and a passionate interest in helping people go through transition, build self-knowledge, and develop resiliency and interpersonal skills. The joy, knowledge and energy our adult learners bring is a pleasure to witness and share.
