Joel has been teaching at �þ���Ƶ since the summer of 2013. He holds a MA Economics from the University of Victoria where he specialized in econometrics, environmental economics, and local governance. When he’s not teaching statistics or economics to School of Business students, he’s usually indulging at one of Victoria’s excellent brunch spots or out exploring the island with his dog, Bismarck.
