A transcript is an official record of a student’s educational achievement.
Only transcripts bearing the seal of þƵ College and the signature of the Registrar are considered official.
Important: Transcripts are produced based on your academic record at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to view your Unofficial Transcript first, and ensure that all courses, grades and/or credentials are listedbeforeordering official transcripts.

How to order your official transcript

- In the sidebar, select Academics then Official Transcript Request
- Add new request
- Complete all required fields
- Do not enter information in the additional information box.
- Proceed to payment(non-refundable). Transcripts are $10 each.
- Verify payment and view receipt on . Requests will not be processed until payment is received.
- Financial Information > Student Finance > Account Activity> Payments
- If you do not see a receipt, your payment has not been received. Please make payment again.
- Requests with incomplete payment will be cancelled after three weeks.
- Once your transcript is produced, you will see the date produced on the Official Transcript Request.
- It will be mailed within five business days of the production date. Your transcript will not be provided to you if you have outstanding tuition fees and/or fines owed to the college.
Frequently asked questions
What information appears on my official transcript?
þƵ College’s transcript shows the term, course code, description, and if applicable, credits, grade/result for each course in which a student was registered past the add/drop deadline. Transcripts also include grade point average, academic standing and credentials granted. Other information may also be included, such as withdrawals, audited and repeated courses, transfer credits, and distinctions. The nature, extent, and format of information that appears on the transcript is determined by the Registrar in accordance with national and international professional standards and practical systems.
When and how will my transcripts be mailed out?
Transcripts are printed on Mondays and Thursdays each week.
Official, sealed transcripts are mailed via Canada Post, to the address provided on the request form. þƵ is not responsible for delayed or lost mail.
If courier delivery is required, emailstudentrecords@camosun.ca. Please include your full name, date of birth, student ID number, and phone number.
Pick-up and expedited requests are not available.
Can I cancel my transcript request and receive a refund?
No. Transcript requests are non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted.
þƵ has my official transcript from another institution on file. Can you forward that transcript to another institution or organization?
No. High school and/or post-secondary transcripts received in the admissions and transfer credit processes are property of þƵ and cannot be forwarded to other institutions or organizations.
I’m applying for a program at þƵ, and I’ve attended þƵ in the past. Do I need to order a þƵ transcript?
No. If you are a current or former þƵ student who is applying for another þƵ program, please do not order a þƵ College transcript. þƵ already has your grades on file.
I’m applying for a program at þƵ, and I’ve never attended þƵ before. How do I send my high school and/or post-secondary transcripts?
To send transcripts for admission to þƵ College, please order through the sending institution. BC high school students can grant authorization for þƵ College to receive their high school grades electronically through the service. See the How to Apply page for more information.
